Purchasing products from Astrid Leisner & Søn is meant to be a successful experience!
We need however to make certain reservations:
We cannot be held responsible for misprints and products out of stock.
Personal information:
Astrid Leisner & Søn save only the information that is necessary for completing your order and for giving you treatment instructions - including name, address, e-mail, doctor and product details, which concern you.
To continue providing you with the best service we will keep this information confidential and available only to trusted employees at Astrid Leisner & Søn. All information is considered strictly confidential and will never be made known to a third party.
We can inform you about registered information on enquiry and if you wish to delete the registration you can do so by contacting us any time.
Ordering:
You order products by filling out the order form.
All prices are including VAT and shipping in Denmark.
Payment:
You can pay via bank transfer to account number: Fionia Bank REG.: 0745 Account: 765 56 98021 or BG Bank REG.: 0910 Account: 3264130. You can also pay at delivery. We accept prepayment by check or bankcheck.
Delivery:
On weekdays it takes 24 hours to process orders. We send the ordered product(s) within 1-2 weekdays.
We deliver to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad.
If a product is sold out at the time of order, you'll get a message via e-mail. Most often we deliver the product the week after. If the product is out of stock you will be informed when it can be delivered.
Astrid Leisner & Søn delivers the products with Post Danmark in Denmark and most of Europe (unless anything else is stated. In that case an additional fee is going to be charged). The product will be forwarded the day after. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Post Danmark.
Receipt:
UPON RECEIPT OF THE GOODS IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU MAKE SURE THEY ARE INTACT AND HAVEN'T BEEN DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORTATION.
IMPORTANT! If wrapping upon receipt is damaged you should open the parcel in front of the postman or courier. Signing for receipt of parcel would mean that the product is in order.
You should refuse receipt of parcel if the product is damaged. The postman/courier takes the parcel again.
Notification for damaged goods should be made at Post Danmark or the express service. Afterwards you must contact us.
Complaints
All products are subject to notification of defect within 24 months. The right to complain means that you as a customer can complain about defects which have been registered within 24 months after purchase.
The right to complain does not cover defects caused by wearing off, as direct or indirect consequence of incorrect use, poor maintenance, unauthorized intervention or other damaging activity that may cause a defect.
Important notice:There is only a 20-week complaint right on all AL-enuresis censors. Since the usual period of treatment takes 8 - 12 weeks, Astrid Leisner & Søn can not guarrantee that the censor lasts longer than one period of treatment. It happens often that they last longer as long as they are used as earlier described.
Complaints and return of goods:
You should complain shorly after the defect has been noticed. We recommend to notify us at once because a lot of problems can be avoided by immediate measures. If you complain within 50 days then the complaint is considered on time. The product can be afterwards repaired, replaced or if agreed credited.
If the product is defective, damaged upon transportation or if we have delivered a wrong product you should contact us as soon as possible by e-mail, letter or on the phone and describe the defect.

We prefer to be contacted by e-mail or fax since we get too many phone calls. It is not a requirement but forwarding of goods back to us is easier if it is followed by accurate information. Enclose a description of the defect and a copy of the invoice or invoice number. Please note that we do not pay at delivery of parcels.
Returns:
You can return goods within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt. If you choose to return a product, then the product should be in the same condition as upon receipt and it should not have been used. (For enuresis alarms - the battery label should be intact). You cannot return the product if it has been used. When the product has been received and when made sure that it covers the return terms then we will transfer the amount to the account number according to the selling price (excl. shipping fees) within a few days. You should cover return costs. For more practical information – see ”Complaints and return of goods”.
Specially produced goods cannot be returned.
